- Get a tennis ball or a squeeze ball. Squeeze the ball as tightly as you can and then slowly release it. Repeat 12 times and then switch hands. Again, exert only as much pressure as you can take, without causing pain. This exercise can also help you relieve the stress you’re feeling.
